The BlogThis tool seems to be having a higher rate of success in terms of posting/publishing posts to this site.

You can use the generic one at the link above, or use a toolbar plugin for FireFox or IE from Google (the Google Toolbar) or other sources. I use this one for FireFox which is excellent.
